Dr. Zachary P. Fallon joined Advanced Bone & Joint in 2022. He is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, who completed a North American Spine Society accredited fellowship in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine. Dr. Fallon has extensively trained in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal problems such as low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, and neuropathy.

Growing up in Rhode Island, Dr. Fallon graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA, with a degree in biology, concentrating on neuroscience. Throughout college, Dr. Fallon was a member of the men’s soccer team, earning Academic All-Conference four consecutive years. He graduated medical school from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine while earning a master’s of business administration concentrating in healthcare administration from Plymouth State University. Dr. Fallon then completed an internship year in general surgery at The Brooklyn Hospital Center before completing residency at Kingsbrook Rehabilitation Institute in Brooklyn, NY, serving as chief resident in his final year. Dr. Fallon completed a fellowship in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine in Birmingham, AL, at OrthoAlabama Spine & Sports, where he learned about the latest and most advanced interventions for neck pain, low back pain, and general musculoskeletal pain.

Dr. Fallon prioritizes accurately diagnosing conditions in order to provide individualized, non-surgical treatment options for patients. He is committed to helping patients decrease their pain, increase their functionality, and improve their quality of life.
