Dr. McAllister has been practicing in St. Peters since 1989. He joined Advanced Bone & Joint after completing an Orthopaedic surgery residency at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. He received his M.D. degree from Washington University School of Medicine. He has been certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery since 1991.
