my. She went on to receive her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Marquette University. After earning her medical degree at the University of Virginia, she completed her orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Minnesota. After completing a fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery in Boston, Massachusetts, she returned to practice in the St. Louis area.

Dr. Glisson is board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and has a subspecialty certificate in Hand Surgery. She has been practicing in St. Charles and St. Louis Counties since 2010. She served as Chief of Surgery at Progress West Hospital from 2014-2016.

Dr. Glisson treats all conditions of the elbow, wrist, and hand, including carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger fingers, tendonitis, fractures, arthritis, and Dupuytren’s disease. She is a certified provider of Xiaflex collagenase injections for the non-operative treatment of Dupuytren’s contracture. She has given multiple presentations to the community on topics such as thumb arthritis, wrist pain, and Dupuytren’s disease.

She is married and has two children. She enjoys reading, running, and cooking.
